Easy Day To Night Makeup With Eye Of Horus

We all know the feeling of struggle when you are going out after work or after a long day and you don’t have time to re do your makeup. Stressful right? We have top tips and tricks on the art of ‘day to night’ makeup, so you can discover ways to easily transform and adapt your look for those evenings out after work, or catching up with your girls on the weekend.

Tips And Tricks:

Step One: Smoke The Eyes

The easiest way to turn your look from day to night is by smoking out the eyes with a dark eye shadow such as charcoal or brown. A swipe of eye shadow and a quick blend is the quickest trick to transform your look in seconds! Finish off by defining the upper lash-line with a dark eyeliner to give the appearance of thicker lashes and defined eyes.

Step Two: Up The Glow

Use an illuminating shade from an eye shadow palette and highlight areas the light naturally hits such as cheekbones, nose, forehead, and chin. The Moon's light will reflect onto your skin for a beautiful dreamy look.

Step Three: Deepen The Lips

Finish off your evening look with a rich deep shade of lipstick. Think bright red or deep mulberry. Feel free to use a matching lip liner to enhance the colour and allow for longer-lasting power.

Day Look:

Step 1: Use Brow Define to shape and fill in brows with hair-like flicks. Use Brow Fibre Extend and brush through brows for added volume and to set in place.

Step 2: Using the shade Silver Eclipse from the Sekhmet Smokey Goddess Shadow Palette, apply all over eyelids and along the bottom lash line for a light shimmery effect.

Step 3: Coat the lashes from root to tip, with the Eye Of Horus Cosmetics Black Goddess Mascara

Step 4: Using the shade Raven Onyx from the Sekhmet Smokey Goddess Shadow Palette, apply along the upper lash line using an angled shadow brush to create a subtle cat-eye flick on the outer corner of the eye.
