Please note: All international orders are shipped upon a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and therefore may be subject to customs and tax duties. You will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. John And Ginger Ltd are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information. In the event that you reject the customs charges and return the order to sender, you will only be refunded once your parcel has been received by John And Ginger Ltd, the cost of the order minus the delivery charges incurred and a restocking fee of £6.99 Products such as batteries, nail polish, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols can no longer be shipped outside of the UK. Delivery Times Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 9am - 3pm, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm, during a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. We will notify you via email if this is the case and will offer you the opportunity to keep your items on back order, arrange alternative products or offer a full refund. In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers. Dermalogica Outside EU We cannot ship Dermalogica products outside of the EU. Any Dermalogica order placed to be delivered outside EU will be cancelled and refunded. Returns John and Ginger hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within 21 days of your receipt of goods. For hygiene reasons products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and cellophane intact. WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON COSMETICS, ELECTRICAL GOODS, BRUSHES OR NAIL POLISHES Before you return it, please email us quoting your invoice or order number and reason for return. Please include information on whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that your name, address and order ref. number is included with your return package. Please return your package obtaining proof of postage - just in case. Returns address John and Ginger Ltd All returned goods will be examined upon receipt and we will refund your purchase within 10 working days of receiving the goods. Please note Returning Dermalogica Products We will gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased, except discontinued products, and will issue a refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre approved by customer service. Please note: If you benefited from free delivery then we do reserve the right to refund you for your return, minus the delivery and re-stocking costs of £4.99 for UK orders and £6.99 for international orders. If your order benefited from a promotional free gift then please make sure that this is also returned to us for your refund to be processed fully. Cancellation Right In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to customercare@johnandginger.co.uk and return the goods to us; we appreciate if they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. A refund will then be made minus the delivery, admin and re-stocking costs of £4.99 for UK orders and £6.99 for international orders. Your statutory rights are not affected.
